About me and my practice
I have over 25+ years of working in Third Sector, NHS, Education & Private Sector. I work as a Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor & Coach - I work from a Integrative perspective - working with Person Centred, CBT or Attachment modalities enables me to work uniquely with the modality that suits you.
My areas of specialism are working with both Adults and Young People who have experienced: Trauma, Tradition & Culture - Domestic Violence, Rape & Sexual Assault , Child Sexual Abuse , Honour Based Violence, Forced Marriage, Sexual Health Concerns, Pre & Post Termination. As a Clinical Supervisor I also work with young people in school settings
It can be hard to choose someone for the first time and difficult to make the first step to contact so feel free to call/email me to ask me any questions. Within therapy you may share intimate personal experiences therefore it is really important to have connected with me which is the basis of creating a positive supportive therapeutic relationship.
